【摘要】:Theserequirementsapplytoclothesdryertransitionductsintendedforventinghouseholdandcommercialclothesdryers.Theductscoveredbytheserequirementsareintendedtoconnectaclothesdryertoanexistingpermanentductprovidedasapartofthebuildingstructure.Theductisintenaedtoventlintandhumidairfromdryingclothes.Aproductthatcontainsfeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsnewordifferentfromthoseinusewhentheOutlineofInvestigationwasdeveloped,andthatinvolvesariskoffire,electricshock,orinjurytopersons,shellbeevaluatedusingtheappropriateadditionalcomponentandend-productrequirementsasdeterminednecessarytomaintainthelevelofsafetyfortheuseroftheproductasoriginallyanticipatedbytheintentofthisOutlineofInvestigation.Aproductwhosefeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsconflictwithspecificrequirementsorprovisionsofthisOutlineofInvestigationcannotbejudgedtocomplywiththisOutlineofInvestigation.Whereconsideredappropriate,revisionofrequirementsmaybeproposedandadoptedinconformancewiththemethodsemployedfordevelopment,revision,andimplementationofthisOutlineofInvestigation.
