【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62150specifiestestingandmeasuringproceduresforfibreoptictransceiversforasynchronous-transfer-modepassiveopticalnetwork(ATM-PON)systemsrecommendedbyITU-TG.983.1.ThesetestingprocedurescorrespondtomethodsofexaminingwhetherthetransceiverssatisfytheperformancespecificationsdefinedinIEC62149-5.Ontheotherhand,themeasuringprocedurescorrespondtomethodsofprecisemeasurementforsuchtransceivers.Thereceiversectionsofthesetransceiverscanhandleburstsignals.Therefore,someproceduresdescribedinthisstandardcorrespondtotheburstsignaltransmission.

【摘要】:Thisguideisintendedforusebythoseundertakingthedevelopmentoffirehazardassessmentsforupholsteredseatingfurnitureinhealthcareoccupancies.Asaguidethisdocumentprovidesinformationonanapproachtodevelopmentofafirehazardassessment,butfixedproceduresarenotestablished.Section1.7describessomecautionstobetakenintoaccount.Afirehazardassessmentdevelopedfollowingthisguideshouldspecifyallstepsrequiredtodeterminefirehazardmeasuresforwhichsafetythresholdsorpass/failcriteriacanbemeaningfullysetbyresponsibleofficialsusingthestandard.Afirehazardassessmentdevelopedasaresultofusingthisguideshouldbeabletoassessanewitemofupholsteredseatingfurniturebeingconsideredforuseinacertainhealthcarefacility,andreachoneoftheconclusionsin4.4.1-4.4.4.Thenewupholsteredseatingfurnitureitemissafer,intermsofpredictedfireperformance,thantheoneinestablisheduse.Then,thenewproductwouldbedesirable,fromthepointofviewoffiresafety.Thereisnodifferencebetweenthepredictedfiresafetyofthenewitemandtheoneinestablisheduse.Then,therewouldbeneitheradvantagenordisadvantageinusingthenewproduct,fromthepointofviewoffiresafety.Thenewupholsteredseatingfurnitureitemispredictedtobelesssafe,intermsoffireperformance,thantheoneinestablisheduse.Then,thenewitemwouldbelessdesirable,fromthepointofviewoffiresafetythantheoneinestablisheduse.Ifthenewupholsteredfurnitureitemispredictedtobelesssafe,intermsoffireperformance,thantheoneinestablisheduse,adirectsubstitutionoftheproductswouldprovidealowerlevelofsafetyandthenewproductshouldnotbeused,withoutothercompensatorychangesbeingmade.Anewupholsteredfurnitureproductcan,however,bemadeacceptableif,andonlyif,itispartofacomplete,comprehensive,firesafetydesignforthepatientroom.Suchapatientroomredesignshouldincludeoneormoreofthefollowingfeatures:useofanalternativelayout(albeitonethatcannotbealteredbythepatientroomusers)orincreaseduseofautomaticfireprotectionsystemsorchangesinotherfurnishingsorcontents.Insuchcases,amorein-depthfirehazardassessmentshouldbeconductedtoensurethatallofthechangestogetherhavedemonstratedapredictedleveloffiresafetyforthenewdesignwhichisatleastequaltothatforthedesigninestablisheduse,inordertopermittheuseofthenewupholsteredseatingfurnitureitem.Alternatively,thenewdesignmaystillbeacceptableifthepredictedleveloffiresafetyiscommensuratewithnewstatedfiresafetyobjectivesdevelopedinadvance.Thenewupholsteredseatingfurnitureitemofferssomesafetyadvantagesandsomesafetydisadvantagesovertheiteminestablisheduse.Anexampleofthisoutcomecouldbeincreasedsmokeobscurationwithdecreasedheatrelease.Then,amoreindepthfirehazardassessmentwouldhavetobeconductedtobalancetheadvantagesanddisadvantages.Ifthepatientroomdoesnotcontainanupholsteredseatingfurnitureitem,thenthefirehazardassessmentimplicationsoftheintroductionofanupholsteredseatingfurnitureitemshouldbeanalyzedinthesamewayasin4.4.Thefiresafetyshouldthenbecomparedwiththatachievedintheroominestablisheduse(whichhasnoupholsteredseatingfurniture).Thesameanalysiswouldalsoapplyifanadditionalupholsteredfurnitureitemisbeingconsideredforintroductioninapatientroom:thefirehazardassessmentshouldcomparethefiresafetyimplicationsoftheaddition.Anadditionalupholsteredfurnitureitemaddstothefuelloadofaroom.Thus,ananalysissuchasthatin4.4wouldofferoptions4.4.2through4.4.4only.Followingtheanal......
