【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesspecificationsforvibrationandbalancelimitsoffansforallapplicationsexceptthosedesignedsolelyforaircirculation,forexample,ceilingfansandtablefans.However,itislimitedtofansofalltypesinstalledwithapoweroflessthan300kWortoacommerciallyavailablestandardelectricmotorwithamaximumpowerof355kW(followinganR20series).Forfansofgreaterpowerthanthis,theapplicablelimitsarethosegiveninISO10816-3.Wherethefansinaninstallationhavevaryingpowersbothaboveandbelow300kW,andhavebeenthesubjectofasinglecontract,thenthemanufacturerandpurchasershallagreeontheappropriatestandardtobeused.Thisshouldnormallybebasedonthemajorityofunits.VibrationdatamayberequiredforavarietyofpurposesasdetailedinClause5.TheInternationalStandardrecognizesthatvibrationalmeasurementsmayberecordedasvelocity,accelerationordisplacementeitherinabsoluteunitsorindecibelsaboveagivenreferencelevel.Themagnitudeofvibrationmeasurementsmaybeaffectedbyassemblypracticesatbalancingmachines(seeAnnexB).Thepreferredparameteris,however,thevelocity,inmillimeterspersecond(mm/s).Astheconventionsvaryindifferentpartsoftheworld,bothr.m.s.(rootmeansquare)andpeak-to-peakorpeakvaluesaregiven.Itshouldalsoberememberedthatafananditspartsmaybeconsideredasaspring-masssystem.Anunderstandingofthisfacthelpstoresolvemostvibrationalproblems(seeAnnexD).Accounthasalsobeentakenofthefactthatfactorytestsareusuallyconductedwiththefanunconnectedtoaductingsystem,suchthatitsaerodynamicdutymaybeconsiderablydifferentfromthatduringnormaloperation.Itmayalsobesupportedontemporaryfoundationsofdifferentmassandstiffnesstothoseusedinsitu.Accordingly,suchtestsarespecifiedwithvibrationmeasured"filter-in".Insitutestsarespecified"filter-out"andassuchrepresentameasureofoverallvibrationseverity.ThisInternationalStandardcoversfanequipmentwithrigidrotors,generallyfoundin:commercialheating,ventilatingandairconditioning,industrialprocesses,mine/tunnelventilationandpower-generationapplications.Otherapplicationsarenotspecificallyexcluded.Excludedareinstallationswhichinvolvesevereforces,impactsorextremetemperatures.AnyorallportionsofthisInternationalStandard,ormodificationsthereof,aresubjecttoagreementbetweenthepartiesconcerned.Fan-equipmentfoundationsandinstallationpracticesarebeyondthescopeofthisInternationalStandard.Foundationdesignandfaninstallationarenotnormallytheresponsibilitiesofthefanmanufacturer.Itisfullyexpectedthatthefoundationsuponwhichthefanismountedwillprovidethesupportandstabilitynecessarytomeetthevibrationcriteriaofthefanasitisdeliveredfromthefactory.Otherfactors,suchasimpellercleanliness,aerodynamicconditions,backgroundvibration,operationatspeedsotherthanthoseagreedupon,andmaintenanceofthefan,affectthefan-vibrationlevelsbutarebeyondthescopeofthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedtocoveronlythebalanceorvibrationofthefananddoesnottakeintoaccounttheeffectoffanvibrationonpersonnel,equipmentorprocesses.
